Our client, a leading real estate development and asset management company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. This role will be instrumental in shaping the HR strategy and ensuring alignment with the business objectives of the company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic culture, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement in performance management and employee relations.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the HR landscape of this leading real estate development company, reporting to HR Director. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the business objectives of the company. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the manpower planning process, leading performance management, overseeing payroll administration, and managing visa processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in crafting recruitment policies that attract top talent, conducting job analyses, overseeing onboarding processes, identifying training needs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the business objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement in performance management and employee relations.
  • Drive the manpower planning process to support business strategies.
  • Lead the performance management process, providing coaching and support to line managers.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage visa and work permit processes for employees.
  • Develop recruitment policies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct job analyses, craft job descriptions, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Identify training needs and align them with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws while managing staff benefits.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position brings a wealth of experience to the table. With at least 10 years of HR experience under your belt, including 5 years in a managerial role, you are well-versed in managing complex organisational structures. Your proven experience in employer branding initiatives sets you apart from others. A background in the food, hotel or FMCG industries would be advantageous. Your strong leadership skills coupled with your excellent analytical abilities make you an ideal fit for this role. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders within the organisation.

  • At least 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the food, hotel, or FMCG industries
  • Experience in managing complex organizational structures.
  • Proven experience in employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills & communication skill
  • Good command in English
  • Strong in HRM
  • Thai Nationality due to local based hiring
