What you'll do:

As an Assistant Human Resources Business Partner Manager, your role will be pivotal in supporting the HRBP Manager. You'll be involved in various aspects of human resources, from providing direction and counsel to implementing retention programs. Your expertise will be crucial in managing employee engagement and overseeing recruitment processes. You'll also serve as a valuable resource on HR-related topics, facilitate staffing for new joiners, conduct insightful exit interviews, and recommend policies. Your ability to analyze situations will be utilized in partnering with the Talent Sustainability team for training & development. Furthermore, you'll play a key role in managing the performance management cycle and implementing succession plans.

  • Assist the HR Manager in partnering with internal/external resources to develop human resource capabilities.
  • Provide direction and counsel in all areas of human resources in support of the team.
  • Implement retention programs and manage all aspects of employee engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment processes by partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Serve as a resource regarding human resources related topics and issues.
  • Facilitate staffing and onboarding for new joiners.
  • Conduct exit interviews and perform exit analysis monthly.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Analyze and partner with the Talent Sustainability team to deliver training & development.
  • Support and manage performance management cycle and implement succession plans.

What you bring:

As an Assistant Human Resources Business Partner Manager, you bring a wealth of experience to our client's team. With you've honed your skills in learning & development, building people capabilities, performance management, and employee engagement within a manufacturing environment. Your strategic thinking abilities are complemented by your strong solution development skills. Your problem-solving skills enable you to make effective recommendations to resolve issues.

  • 5 years of HR experience with 3 years of direct responsibility of learning & development in Manufacturing.
  • Experience in building people capabilities, performance management and employee’s engagement from manufacture environment
  • Strategic thinking with strong solution development skills
  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
