A Well-known Manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support their plant of over 1,000 employees. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with both the plant manager and HR Director, contributing significantly to ongoing transformation projects. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary range of 80,000-120,000 and the added benefit of provided accommodation.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in our client's manufacturing plant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their HR practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing performance management systems, contributing to the ongoing transformation towards global standards, and initiating new project ideas. You'll have the chance to work on various projects, allowing you to make a significant impact on the organisation.

• Provide end-to-end human resources support for the manufacturing plant
