What you'll do:

As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with our overall business strategy. Your role will involve bridging management and employee relations, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. You will also oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
