Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR&GA Supervisor to Manager for their operations in Ayutthaya. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable company with a mature culture, where you will be reporting directly to the Regional HR in Malaysia. What you'll do:

As an HR&GA Supervisor to Manager based in Ayutthaya, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for facilitating both the recruitment process and onboarding of new hires. Your excellent organisational skills will be utilised in maintaining accurate employee records both locally and globally. You will also support the payroll process while assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs. Your interpersonal skills will shine as you address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and lead employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day office operations ensuring smooth functioning of office facilities.

  • Facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, processing employment contracts, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance records - locally and globally (Workday system).
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies in all HR practices.
  • Support the payroll process by gathering and verifying attendance data, overtime, and leave applications.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare benefits.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Lead and execute employee engagement initiatives such as Employee Engagement Committee (EIC), company events, training programs, and team-building activities.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities management - uniform, PPE etc.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR&GA Supervisor to Manager role brings along 7 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing or multinational company setting. Your strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations will be crucial in this role. Your ability to work independently and develop in the future will be highly valued. You possess good communication skills in English and have a knack for interpersonal relations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion and your strong organisational skills will set you apart.

  • 7 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational company setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and develop in the future.
  • Good communication in English and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Thai Nationality due to this position need to understand Thai Labour Law well
