What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the business. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters. Regular meetings with respective business units will be a key part of your role, as well as analysing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. A thorough understanding of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees is essential for this role.
