Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to join their team in Bangkok. What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with the overall business strategy. You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. You will also manage the recruitment and selection process while nurturing a positive working environment. Furthermore, you will oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Your role will also involve maintaining pay plans and benefits programs as well as assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position is someone who is people-oriented, results-driven, has proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive roles. You should have demonstrable experience with human resources metrics, knowledge of HR systems and databases. Your ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills will be crucial in this role. Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation skills are required along with competence to build effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. An in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices is also essential.
