What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include building a robust talent acquisition pipeline, managing compensation & benefits, and developing effective career progression strategies. You will also be tasked with implementing attraction and retention strategies, utilising data to inform decisions, demonstrating business commercial acumen, overseeing the performance management system, and coordinating learning & development initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's success.

  • Build a robust talent acquisition pipeline and establish relationships with universities
  • Manage compensation & benefits, with the potential to transition payroll to outsourcing
  • Develop strategies for career development within the organisation
  • Implement effective attraction and retention strategies
  • Utilise data to inform HR decisions and strategies
  • Demonstrate business commercial acumen in all aspects of HR management
  • Oversee the performance management system, including evaluations

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, including building pipelines and liaising with universities
  • Experience managing Compensation & Benefits, including payroll (in-house or outsourced)
  • Demonstrated ability in Career Development strategy creation and implementation
  • Experience in Attraction & Retention strategy formulation and execution
  • Proficiency in using data to inform HR decisions and strategies
  • Strong Business Commercial Acumen
  • Experience managing Performance Management Systems, including evaluations
  • Experience coordinating Learning & Development initiatives, both internally and externally sourced
