Our client is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role will be instrumental in supporting a large team of over 1,000 individuals, reporting directly to the HR Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR operations and providing HR Business Partner (HRBP) support, leading process improvements, and managing stakeholders effectively. This role also offers the opportunity to lead and nurture a team of 2 subordinates.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape within our client's organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing HR operations for a large team, providing crucial HRBP support, and driving process improvements. You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills by guiding two subordinates. Your ability to manage stakeholders effectively will be key in this role. With your expertise and commitment, you'll contribute significantly to the overall success of the organisation.

  • Manage HR operations for a team of over 1,000 individuals
  • Provide HR Business Partner support to various business units
  • Lead process improvements within the HR department
  • Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Oversee the work of two subordinates, providing guidance and support as needed

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position brings extensive experience from an FMCG environment, managing a large workforce. Your comprehensive understanding of all aspects of HR - from business partnering (HRBP) to management (HRM) and development (HRD) - will be crucial in this role. Your excellent stakeholder management skills will enable you to navigate complex relationships within the organisation. Fluency in English is required for this role. Due to the location of this role, Thai nationality is required.
