ER & HRBP Manager (FMCG)

What you'll do:

As an Plant HRBP Manager, you will play a crucial role in our client's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a HR Business Partner for a plant of 500 people. You will handle union negotiations, identify and understand pain points within the organisation, provide necessary support to line managers, manage stakeholders efficiently, and come up with effective solutions to address organisational challenges. Your ability to navigate complex situations while maintaining professionalism will be key to your success in this role.

• Act as a HR Business Partner supporting 500 people within the plant
