Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join their team in Rayong. This role offers the opportunity to shape company rules and regulations, oversee the organisational review process, and implement effective training plans. What you'll do:

As an Assistant HR Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the human resources strategy of the organisation. You will direct various HR-related programs, ensuring employees are recruited, managed, organised, trained, evaluated, and rewarded in accordance with the organisation's strategy. Your ability to liaise with regional HR Directors and Global HR teams will be crucial in aligning local policies and processes. You will also handle industrial relations topics within the plant in Thailand, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and employment standards. Your responsibilities will also include managing VISA processes.

  • Direct a variety of human resources-related programs.
  • Liaise with function or operational area managers to develop and implement local policies.
  • Interact with Regional and Corporate Centers to implement global practices.
  • Adapt processes relevant and adhering to TS certificate.
  • Handle Industrial relation topics within the plant in Thailand.
  • Ensure that the organisation complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and employment standards.
  • Prepare and responsible for payroll & tax, social security fund and other employee allowances in payroll.
  • Manage VISA under BOI and Industrial process.
  • Support all function of Administration jobs.
  • Participate in the programs/Activities concerning OHS Hazard and Environment implements.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Assistant HR Manager position brings a wealth of experience handling the entire spectrum of HR in multinational corporations. Your background in both HR and Manufacturing Plan experience will be highly valued. Your exceptional communication skills in both local language and English will enable you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders. Your people management skills will be crucial in leading discussions including Plant Union negotiations if required. Your ability to manage, organise, coordinate tasks while working under pressure will set you apart.

  • Experience handling entire gamut of HR in MNC’s corporate.
  • HR as well as Manufacturing Plan experience is desirable.
  • Very good communication (local and the English language).
  • People management skills including Plant Union negotiations (if required).
  • Management, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure situations.
  • Fluent in English, MS. Office, and SAP.
