What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include developing HR strategies that align with business goals, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive work environment. You will also act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing any issues or grievances that may arise. Your commitment to nurturing human capital will support the company's current and future business needs.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Assistant Manager role is people-oriented, results-driven, and has proven experience in a similar role. You should have demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
