What you'll do:

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. Your expertise will be crucial in developing comprehensive HR strategies that align with our goals. You'll manage complex employee relations issues, maintain legal compliance, provide performance management guidance, and oversee recruitment efforts. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key in improving morale and increasing productivity.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development)
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
