What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. You will act as a consultant on human resources-related issues, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, provide day-to-day performance management guidance, work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, and provide HR policy guidance.
