An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Executive to join a dynamic team within a stable manufacturing company based in the Lat Kra Bang area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of HR tasks, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and day-to-day operations.

What you'll do:

As an HR Executive, your role will be pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. You will be entrusted with handling a wide range of responsibilities from overseeing payroll processing to managing recruitment activities. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing employment contracts, administering employee benefit programs, conducting training programs, developing e-learning initiatives, maintaining skill matrices, planning personal development programs, chairing welfare committees, and handling employee grievances. Your commitment to these responsibilities will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our HR functions.

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Handle recruitment and hiring activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts and letters of reference for wage earner level employees.
  • Administer the provident fund and loan programs for employees.
  • Conduct end-to-end training programs.
  • Develop and manage the company's success factor and e-learning programs, including internal and external training.
  • Maintain and update the company's skill and competency matrix.
  • Plan and manage the company's personal development program.
  • Chair the employee relations/welfare committee and handle employee grievances.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Executive position brings along in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment. Your mature approach to work combined with your hands-on experience in HR operations will be highly valued. A strong understanding of payroll management is essential for this role. Additionally, professional proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate across all levels within the organisation.

  • At least 7 years of HR experience in Manufacturing
