Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations for their four entities based in Bangkok. This role requires a dependable individual who can energetically manage various aspects of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, People Engagement, Internal Communication, Performance Management, and People Development.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the full spectrum of HR operations across four entities. Your responsibilities will include driving key areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, People Engagement, Internal Communication, Performance Management, and People Development. You will work closely with the management team to support overall HR strategies aimed at promoting business unit growth and achieving company KPIs. Your role will also involve implementing new HR policies and procedures while ensuring that existing ones comply with Thai laws. With your solid knowledge of payroll processes, you will confidently manage revenue requirements from start to finish. Additionally, you will create and establish new versions of company rules, regulations, and employee handbooks in both Thai and English.

  • Handle the full spectrum of all HR operations for 4 entities in Thailand
  • Energetically manage as business partner to drive all parts which are Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, People Engagement, Internal Communication, Performance Management and People Development
  • Work closely with management team and support them with regards of overall HR strategies for business units' growth as well as company KPI achievement
  • Implement new HR policies and procedures and ensure existing policies are legitimate under Thai laws
  • Manage confidently with solid knowledge of payroll and revenue requirement with well understanding from end-to-end process which is from start until job done
  • Create and establish new version of company rules and regulation plus employee handbook both Thai and English version
