What you'll do:
As the Head of People, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will lead the human resources function, providing strategic direction aligned with the company's overall goals. Your responsibilities will span across all aspects of the talent lifecycle - from acquisition to development. You'll ensure that all HR programs and policies are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Leading a team of dedicated HR professionals, you'll provide guidance and mentorship while managing performance. Your role will be crucial in ensuring effective HR support across all departments within this growing organisation.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the HR function
- Oversee all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
- Manage and administer all HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Oversee a team of 12-14 HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
- Manage the HR function for a growing organisation of 120 employees, ensuring effective HR support across all departments
What you bring:
As the Head of People, you bring a wealth of experience in human resources management to our client's team. With your bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field under your belt, you have spent 6-8 years progressing through HR leadership roles. Your proven track record demonstrates your ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives successfully. You possess a strong understanding of all aspects of HR - from talent acquisition to employee development. Your deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations ensures that our client remains compliant at all times. Above all else, your exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills set you apart.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives
- Strong understanding of all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, and labor relations
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations
