Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Bangkok. What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company. You will provide strategic guidance and advice to senior leadership on all HR matters, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. Your ability to build strong relationships across the organisation will enable you to influence decision making and drive change. You will also manage complex employee relations issues, applying your HR and business knowledge to make impactful changes.

• Provide strategic guidance and advice to senior leadership on all HR matters
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives

• Manage complex employee relations issues including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
• Apply HR and business knowledge to make impactful changes
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role
• Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels within an organisation
• Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
