Our client is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to join their team in Bangkok. This role is an exciting opportunity to design Compensation & Benefits and Benefit Welfare strategies that align with various areas and the headquarter. You will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders such as General Managers of each property, managing the HR team, analysing cases and providing solutions.
What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR strategy. Your expertise in designing Compensation & Benefits and Benefit Welfare strategies will be crucial in aligning the company's policies with its overarching goals. You will engage with key stakeholders, including General Managers of each property, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns addressed. Leading the HR team, you will foster a supportive environment where every member feels valued and motivated. Your ability to analyse complex HR cases and provide effective solutions will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations. Regular visits to properties will give you first-hand insight into their unique challenges, enabling you to tailor your strategies accordingly.

What you bring:
As our ideal candidate for the Human Resources Director position, you bring along significant experience from the Hospitality, Property Development or Real Estate sector. Your strong command over English enables you to communicate effectively at all levels. You have demonstrated your ability to design effective Compensation & Benefits and Benefit Welfare strategies that align with business objectives. Your experience in engaging with stakeholders at all levels sets you apart. You have proven leadership skills, having successfully managed teams before. Your ability to analyse complex cases and provide effective solutions is commendable. Above all, your hands-on approach coupled with a proactive attitude makes you stand out.
- Proven experience in Hospitality, Property Development or Real Estate sector.
