Your role will involve improving recruitment practices, developing comprehensive training plans, and managing talent across our regional locations outside of China. - Develop and guide performance management processes to ensure optimal productivity.
- Create and implement a comprehensive company-wide training plan.
- Manage talent plans for regional locations outside of China.
- Implement career development initiatives for regional locations outside of China.
- Develop and implement succession plans for regional locations outside of China.
- Improve the management of HR costs through strategic planning and implementation.
- Develop and implement compensation & benefit structures & policies that are fair and competitive.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in the management of human resources, including local labour protection law and staff income tax implications.
