What you'll do:
As an HRBP Manager, you will be deeply involved in the business, understanding its strategies and challenges. You will play a critical role in integrating and leading HR People Priorities. Your responsibilities will include partnering with Talent Acquisition and line managers during the interview process, ensuring the quality of all Performance Management processes, managing headcounts and Employee Related Costs upon Annual Operating Plan. You will also drive employee engagement through Organisational Health Survey coaching & formation of OHS Committee. Furthermore, you will support individual development plans or training needs for teams or individuals while developing succession plans for key talent.
- Work closely with partnered teams to understand business strategies and organisational challenges
- Play a critical role in linking, translating, integrating and leading HR PepsiCo People Priorities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and line managers in the interview process
- Ensure quality of all Performance Management processes
- Manage headcounts and Employee Related Costs upon Annual Operating Plan
- Drive employee engagement via Organisational Health Survey coaching & formation of Committee
- Support individual development plans or training needs for teams or individuals
- Develop succession plans for key talent by working closely with line managers and relevant functional leaders
- Drive assigned HR KPIs to deliver short/ medium/ & long-term strategies
What you bring:
As an ideal candidate for the HRBP Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience in human resources, specifically in performance management, culture, and learning development. You have managed large-scale programs/projects demonstrating strong project management skills. Your excellent English communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate across multiple levels and different organisational functions. Your passion, self-drive and learning agility set you apart, as does your understanding and appreciation of the broader business knowledge within the FMCG sector.
- At least 5 years of working experience in HRBP with relevant experiences in performance management, culture, and learning development
- Experience managing large scale programs/projects with strong project management & organisation savvy
- Good English communication skills & presentation (speaking & writing)
- Effective communications and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across multiple levels and different organisational functions
- Good understanding/appreciation of the broader business knowledge/ FMCG
- Thai Nationality due to local base
