What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Your excellent people skills will aid in managing the recruitment and selection process. With your growth mindset, you will continuously improve the performance of the department and its employees.
- Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
