Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Rayong. This role is pivotal in advising business leaders on manpower planning, aligning with the company's expansion plan and ensuring employees are equipped with necessary skills. The successful candidate will be part of a global organisation that values employee well-being and offers an excellent structure and development program within a new plant set up to serve an expansion project.

What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in advising business leaders on various aspects including labour law, development programs, people management, and more. You will be responsible for managing employee relations through preventive policies, effective communication strategies, engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation will be key in identifying issues and finding solutions. Additionally, you will partner with key stakeholders to drive employee relation programs, conduct investigations, manage disciplinary processes, and ensure the roll-out of HR policies.

* Advise business leaders on matters such as labour law, development programs, people management, and organisational structure
* Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to identify issues and find solutions
* Manage employee relations through preventive policies, labour law adherence, process implementation, communication strategies, and engagement activities
* Partner with key stakeholders to drive and implement employee relation programs
* Conduct investigations and disciplinary consultations, processes, and actions
* Ensure rules and regulations comply with law
* Roll out and communicate HR Policies


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience from the manufacturing industry. With at least 10 years' experience as an HR Generalist under your belt, you possess strong communication skills that allow you to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within diverse cultural settings. Your strong command of English and Labour Law is complemented by your hands-on approach and logical thinking abilities. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Psychology or Business Administration is required, along with a thorough understanding of employment-related laws and regulations. Your demonstrated experience in project management will be highly valued.

* Minimum of 10 years' experience as an HR Generalist from the manufacturing industry
* Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from diverse cultures
* Strong command of English and Labour Law
* Hands-on approach coupled with logical thinking abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
* Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
* Demonstrated experience in project management
