Our client, a rapidly expanding food retail business, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Director to lead their HR strategy. What you'll do:
As the Human Resources Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's rapidly growing food retail business. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the business's direction and align it with the HR strategy, particularly focusing on manpower planning. You will be tasked with strengthening the HR team structure, ensuring they are equipped with the right skills to excel. Using your analytical skills, you will identify HR gaps using data and propose suitable solutions. In addition, you will work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders on various HR initiatives and developments. Your ability to manage HR operations in a high turnover environment and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation will be crucial for success in this role.
