The successful candidate will be responsible for improving recruitment practices, managing HR costs, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Human Resources Business Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for implementing effective management strategies that align with our business goals. Your role will involve improving recruitment practices, developing comprehensive training plans, and managing talent across our regional locations outside of China. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with local labour laws and managing HR costs effectively. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within our organisation.

  • Develop and guide performance management processes to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive company-wide training plan.
  • Manage talent plans for regional locations outside of China.
  • Implement career development initiatives for regional locations outside of China.
  • Develop and implement succession plans for regional locations outside of China.
  • Improve the management of HR costs through strategic planning and implementation.
  • Develop and implement compensation & benefit structures & policies that are fair and competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in the management of human resources, including local labour protection law and staff income tax implications.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Human Resources Business Partner Manager role brings a wealth of experience in human resources management at a regional level. You have a strong understanding of performance management processes and have previously developed and implemented training plans. Your knowledge extends to compensation & benefit structures & policies, as well as local labour protection laws and staff income tax implications. Above all, you have demonstrated an ability to manage HR costs effectively.

  • Proven experience in Human Resources Management at a regional level.
  • Strong understanding of performance management processes.
