Our client is seeking a Senior People and Culture Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to co-develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business plan and strategic direction. The successful candidate will be instrumental in areas such as talent management, organisational development, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. As a trusted advisor to the leadership team, you will provide insights and solutions to improve organisational effectiveness.

What you'll do:
As a Senior People & Culture Manager, you will be at the heart of driving our client's success. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the organisation to co-develop strategic HR plans that align with their ambitious business objectives. Your expertise in analysing HR metrics will be crucial in informing strategic decisions that foster growth and efficiency. Your passion for talent management will shine through as you drive programs designed to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent. You'll also oversee comprehensive performance management processes while acting as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters. Ensuring compliance with labour laws will be second nature to you, as will fostering an inclusive work environment that champions employee engagement.

* Partner with senior leaders to co-develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives
* Analyse and interpret HR metrics and data to inform strategic decision-making
* Identify HR priorities and recommend initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency
* Drive talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent
* Develop succession plans and career development initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline
* Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
* Facilitate organisational development programs to drive business performance
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance issues
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee engagement and well-being


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior People & Culture Manager role will bring a wealth of strategic HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry. You'll hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being highly desirable. Your strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations will be matched by your proven experience in talent management, organisational development, and change management. Your leadership skills will be exceptional, backed by experience in both leadership roles and coaching leaders. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic HR role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations
* Proven experience in talent management, organisational development, and change management
* Strong leadership skills with experience from leadership roles as well as coaching leaders
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
