Our client is seeking a dynamic and committed Head of Human Resources to lead their HR function and champion their inclusive culture and values. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the organisational culture, building leadership capabilities across the organisation, and driving employee engagement strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure strong communication within the organisation and align HR practices with strategic goals.

What you'll do:
As the Head of Human Resources, you will be instrumental in fostering a vibrant, inclusive culture underpinned by company values. You will have the opportunity to shape the organisational culture, build leadership capabilities across the organisation, drive employee engagement strategies, and work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure strong communication within the organisation. Your role will involve overseeing efficient and effective HR operations, implementing initiatives that foster an inclusive environment, promoting open communication channels, continuously evaluating HR policies, and ensuring all HR initiatives are consistent with ethical standards.

* Partner with the Senior Management Team to align HR strategies with organisational priorities and goals
* Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organisational design
* Champion and cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, high-performance environment that reflects company values
* Develop initiatives that foster employee engagement and satisfaction across the organisation
* Promote open communication channels ensuring employees feel valued and heard
* Oversee efficient and effective HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits
* Implement and maintain HRIS enhancing overall employee experience
* Continuously evaluate and improve HR policies aligning with industry standards and best practice
* Ensure all HR initiatives are consistent with ethical standards


What you bring:
As our ideal Head of Human Resources candidate, you bring a wealth of experience in HR leadership roles within the Financial Services industry. You have a proven track record of driving operational excellence in HR functions while implementing successful strategies. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to promote open dialogue within the organisation. Your passion for building a strong, values-based organisational culture is evident in your work. You have an in-depth understanding of HR best practices, labour laws and compliance requirements.

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in an HR leadership role ideally in Financial Services industry
* Proven track record of driving HR operational excellence and implementing successful HR strategies
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy and understanding
* Strong analytical approach to problem-solving decision-making
* In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws and compliance requirements
* Passion for building a strong values-based organisational culture
