Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for their Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team. This role is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic HR support to commercial business units reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the successful candidate will be hands-on in both strategy and operations, managing multiple stakeholders within a thriving property management and development sector.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager in our Human Resources Business Partner team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will provide strategic HR support to our commercial business units, working closely with leaders in Sales, Business Development, and Project Management. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of our diverse organisation. With your hands-on approach, you will oversee both strategy and operations, driving HR initiatives that align with our broader business objectives. From talent acquisition to employee engagement, your work will have a direct impact on our company culture and success.

  • Provide strategic human resources support to commercial business units including Sales, Business Development, and Project Management
  • Report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, contributing to high-level decision-making processes
