This role offers the unique opportunity to drive modern transformation within the HR department, working closely with the Managing Director to develop effective organisational strategies.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our client's HR practices. Your commitment to collaboration will see you partnering with the Managing Director to manage stakeholders effectively and bring about organisational effectiveness. You will take charge of designing recruitment strategies that attract top talent, while also focusing on retaining existing employees through your understanding and empathetic approach. Your role will also involve implementing talent management and succession programmes, nurturing future leaders within the organisation. Overseeing all aspects of HR operations, you will ensure compliance with local regulations.
