Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Bangkok. What you'll do:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's people strategy. From planning and implementing HR policies to managing the recruitment process, your work will directly influence the success of the team. You'll provide essential guidance on employee relations matters, fostering a positive workplace culture where everyone can thrive. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating training programmes, overseeing performance appraisals, managing payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. This role offers the chance to make a real difference within a dynamic environment.

  • Plan and implement People roadmap, HR policies, recruitment strategies, learning development programmes, and performance evaluation systems
  • Manage the recruitment process including job advertisements, recruiting, interviewing, reference checks, and mandatory checks
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Coordinate with internal and external training providers to support organisational development
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Responsible for full monthly payroll administration including statutory requirements, tax submissions, and reporting to finance
  • Ensure compliance with company practices in relation to human resources aspects and compliance with labour law

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager role will bring a wealth of HRM/HRD experience to the table. With at least 6 years' experience in the field and 3 years in management roles, you'll have proven your ability to lead teams effectively. Your background may be in multinational environments or the cosmetic industry - either way, your expertise will be invaluable. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships across the organisation, while your proficiency in Thai and English will ensure clear and effective communication. Your coordination and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years HRM/HRD experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position
  • Experience in a similar role within a multinational environment or Cosmetic industry is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Thai and English
