An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join a leading multinational company. This role is pivotal in developing and directing the implementation of human resources plans, initiatives, and programmes. * Lead the deployment of core HR programs to enhance talent retention, engagement & development.
* Manage HR processes, policies, and practices compliance to local statutory, regulatory and corporate requirements.

What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for leading the deployment of various core HR programs that are designed to enhance talent retention, engagement & development. Your ability to gather employee feedback will be instrumental in identifying trends and themes that can help shape our HR strategies. You will also manage the implementation of our HRIS system ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you lead your team towards continuous improvement in service delivery.

* Lead and ensure timely deployment of various core HR programs such as reports and analytics, talent acquisition, talent management, performance & rewards management, training & development.
* Gather employee feedback and identify trends and themes, develop interventions and engage senior stakeholders behind required action.
* Ensure HR processes, policies, and practices compliance to local statutory, regulatory and corporate requirements.
* Manage the implementation and process of HRIS ensuring the data or information is accurate and updated.
* Maintain central depository and documentation control of master agreements, key statutory records and documents.
* Lead team in driving productivity and seeking continuous improvement in service and resource optimisation.


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager role brings a wealth of experience from the HR field with at least three years in a managerial position within multinational corporations. A university degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration is essential. Experience within the FMCG or relevant industries will be highly regarded. You will have excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to plan, organise and manage your time effectively. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must.

* At least 6 years' experience in HR field with 3 years' experience in managerial from MNCs.
* Experience in the FMCG or relevant industries is preferred.
