An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager (x1 vacancy) to join a prestigious organisation within the service industry. Based in the vibrant city of Bangkok, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact by creating competitive salary structures and addressing high turnover rates. The ideal candidate will be particularly strong in HRM, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) functions.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to create a new salary structure that is competitive within the market, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. You will also tackle the challenge of high turnover rates, using your expertise to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Additionally, you will manage manpower efficiently, aiming to reduce high overtime spending. This role requires a strong understanding of HRM, particularly C&B functions, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. This role offers a competitive base salary with competitive benefits + AL.

  • Develop and implement a new salary structure that aligns with market trends
  • Identify root causes of high turnover rates and devise effective solutions
  • Manage manpower effectively to reduce overtime spending
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with local laws and regulations
