Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to ensure compliance, manage HR policies and processes, oversee HRIS management, handle payroll preparation, administer bonus process management, serve as the primary point of contact for employees, produce accurate HR reports, lead HR projects, and maintain comprehensive understanding of labour laws.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the work environment by ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources such as enforcing policies related to time off, salary increases, bonuses among others. Your role will also involve overseeing end-to-end processes in Bamboo HR. You will be tasked with handling payroll preparation accurately while also administering the performance-based bonus process. As the primary point of contact for employees, your guidance will be crucial in fostering a positive workplace environment. Additionally, you will be expected to produce accurate HR reports for the executive team while leading various HR projects aimed at improving processes.

  • Guarantee adherence to all aspects of HR compliance, including company policies and legal regulations.
  • Manage and enforce policies and processes related to time off, salary increases, bonuses, promotions, personal improvement plans, terminations, and resignations.
  • Oversee end-to-end processes in Bamboo HR, including uploading yearly holiday calendars, managing time-off requests, conducting data integrity checks and updates (salary increases, position changes, new hires, terminations/resignations), and generating reports as needed.
  • Handle and prepare payroll data accurately and timely for submission to the finance team.
  • Administer the performance-based bonus process, including biannual assessments of all staff, including peer and manager feedback, and quarterly OKR assessments to ensure comprehensive performance evaluations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment.
  • Produce accurate and timely HR reports for the Executive Team, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects to improve processes and enhance employee experience.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in HR operations, preferably within the IT, Digital Marketing or Entertainment sectors. You will have a good command over English and be able to thrive in a dynamic culture that values teamwork. Your strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Bamboo HR, will be crucial in managing end-to-end processes. Experience in payroll preparation and administering performance-based bonus processes is essential. As the primary point of contact for employees, your excellent interpersonal skills will be key in providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. Your ability to produce accurate and timely HR reports will be valued. Lastly, your proven experience in leading HR projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing employee experience will set you apart.
