Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team in Chiangmai. This role offers the opportunity to provide onsite HR leadership, guidance, and coaching within a global manufacturing environment. What you'll do:
As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for providing onsite HR leadership within the Thailand Manufacturing and Global Distribution Centre organisations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include acting as a trusted advocate for line managers and stakeholders, providing valuable input into business plans, supporting the organisation in attracting top talent, and leading the implementation of local employee recognition programs. You will also ensure compliance with local employment legislation while fostering an inclusive company culture.

* Act as a trusted advocate and coach for line managers and stakeholders
* Provide input into business, budgetary, and operational plans
* Support the organisation in attracting, developing, and retaining employees
* Develop and implement specific HR plans, programs, and policies for Thailand manufacturing operations
* Lead implementation of local employee recognition program
* Conduct annual reviews such as performance management, bonus cycle, salary review processes
* Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and global policies
* Lead employee engagement/communication for entire Thailand organisation on HR related agenda
* Partner with line management and global Employee & Organisation Development function to strengthen organisation and people capabilities
* Prepare annual and quarterly budgets including labour costs and headcount

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Human Resources Manager position brings a wealth of experience from previous HR leadership roles within a manufacturing environment. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build strong relationships across the organisation, and your knowledge of local Thailand employment laws ensures compliance and best practice. Your fluency in both English and Thai will be key to your success in this role.

* 10-15 years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience with human resources information system (HRIS) preferred
* Must be able to base in Chiang Mai or Lamphun and travel to other locations
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Thai language
* Sound knowledge of local Thailand employment laws and legislations
* Excellent communication skills, strong business partnering ability
