What you'll do:


As an Employee Relations Specialist in the manufacturing sector, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace culture. Your primary responsibility will be conducting HRBP activities and managing employee relations. You'll be instrumental in developing policies that reflect our commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive work environment. You'll also oversee the resolution of any employee grievances, always striving for fairness and understanding. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding management teams on HR matters, ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

  • Conduct HR Business Partnering activities to support the strategic goals of the organisation
