An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Regional Human Resources Executive to join an industry-leading global organisation. This role is based in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand. The successful candidate will be part of a team that enhances manufacturing facility efficiency by integrating innovative and high-value systems leveraging the full potential of robotics.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Human Resources Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to performance management. Your role will involve developing strategies to solve organisational problems, managing compensation and benefits plans, conducting employee onboarding, organising training initiatives, providing support on HR-related topics, promoting HR programs for a healthy workplace, assisting in policy development, undertaking performance management tasks, and more. Your commitment to improving health and well-being within the team will be key to your success.

  • Suggest strategies for solving organisational problems and participate in their implementation
  • Manage recruiting, selection process and related HR operations
  • Develop and facilitate efficient communication tools for HR/OD purposes at an organisational level
  • Share team members practices to improve their health and well-being
  • Manage compensation and benefit activities and plans
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create a healthy and well-being workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Human Resources Executive position will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles such as HR Generalist or HR Assistant. With at least five years' experience under your belt, you'll have developed strong skills in adapting to new environments and building trust within teams. Your knowledge of employment and labour laws will be extensive, and your fluency in English will enable you to communicate effectively at all levels. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role, as will any experience you have in industrial relations and international organisations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any areas
  • A minimum five years’ experiences in HR generalist, HR Assistant or HRBP roles
  • Good adaptation capacity and ability to build trust
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Fluency in English – for communication purposes
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Experience in industrial relations and international organisation is advantageous
