Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager for their commercial division. This role is an exciting opportunity to support sales, trade marketing, and design functional training within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner Manager in the commercial division, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales across General Trade and Modern Trade sectors. You'll also assist with trade marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the business. Your expertise will be crucial in designing functional training programs and SOPs for the commercial sector. Your leadership skills will shine as you manage various projects, while your ability to work closely with line managers will ensure smooth operations. If you have Learning & Development skills, this role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise them to enhance team performance.

  • Work closing with Sales Director/Manager to support people in own BU
  • Supporting all commercial function and target to drive sales profit
  • Assisting with commercial functio initiatives
  • Designing functional training programs and Standard Operating Procedures for the commercial sector
  • Providing ongoing leadership across various projects
  • Working closely with line managers, offering advice and guidance as needed
  • Utilising Learning & Development skills to enhance team performance
