About the HR Manager Role:
As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the human resources strategy for the organisation, overseeing multiple retail brands. Collaborating with Managing Director of variety brands, you will align HR initiatives with business objectives to create a positive and inclusive work environment. Develop and implement brand-specific HR strategies to align with business objectives.
Cultivate strong relationships with Managing Directors of each brand to understand their specific HR needs
Collaborate closely with brand leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
Conduct regular bench-marking analyses in the market to stay abreast of trends in retention strategies.
Evaluate and enhance Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structures to remain competitive within the retail sector
Implement and refine performance management systems in alignment with each brand's targets.
Drive initiatives to enhance overall workforce performance and productivity.
Oversee HR Operations, including managing one subordinate responsible for day-to-day HR activities

To succeed the role, HR Business Partner skill, leadership skill is must.
Proven HR Manager experience in retail or FMCG
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
