About the HRD Manager Role:
In this role, you will develop and manage the talent acquisition process, including employer branding, searching, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding etc. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits.
Design/Develop and manage talent management system for the organization to ensure talent attraction, development, and retention efficiently
Design/Develop and implement/manage learning & development framework and roadmap efficiently
Develop and manage the talent acquisition process, including employer branding, searching, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding etc.
Design/Develop and implement/manage career management system (career path, succession planning etc.) to provide career development for employees appropriately
Design/Develop and implement/manage leadership development program in alignment with the company’s core value and leadership competencies
Design/Develop and implement/manage organisation development interventions as required
Review and update organisation chart and manpower accurately and timely
Initiate and/or employ new and different interventions/approaches for people development
Manage to ensure that the leadership development program impacts our leaders’ mindset and leadership style for organisational culture cultivation
Ensure all relevant reports/records/documents (e.g. job descriptions, hiring tracking and analysis, employment contract) are up to date, effective, and compliant with laws, regulations including relevant standards (e.g. FFL).
Business development, sourcing & agriculture, sustainability & PPD
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organisation development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
Eight years' experience in HR field with proven work experience in HR manager role or similar roles
Good knowledge of a broad range of human resource systems and practices with experience/expertise in talent management, people development, organisational culture & change
Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
