About the HRBP Manager Role:
This is a great opportunity for the HRBP Manager to support store operation. Your main responsibility is to be involve of exceptional candidate journey to off-boarding. The HRBP Manager is primarily responsible for on-boarding to off-boarding processes, the role becomes even more crucial in shaping the employee experience throughout the entire employment life-cycle. Work closely with report line to implement strategy align with business direction
Work closely with Talent Acquisition to conduct in-depth interviews with prospective, thoroughly assessing their qualifications, interpersonal skills, and alignment with the brand values to ensure the selection of individuals who will contribute to a positive and customer-focused retail team.
Up-to-date an essential employee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in HR systems by using SAP
Review payroll, OT, commission scheme and submit HR Share Service
Visit the retail stores in order to engage with both employees and customers to gain firsthand insights into the store's operations, address any HR-related concerns, and foster a collaborative and positive work environment
Actively develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on employee retention and engagement, leveraging innovative approaches to create a workplace environment that not only attracts top talent but also fosters long-term commitment and enthusiasm among the existing team
As a liaison between employees and management, you serve as a central communication channel, ensuring effective and transparent information flow
Facilitate open dialogue, address concerns, and promote a collaborative atmosphere that enhances overall employee satisfaction and engagement
Work closely with HR Share Service to conduct L&D, Engagement
Other tasks assigned by supervisor
To succeed the role, effectively navigating this transition requires implementing targeted strategies to communicate the changes transparently, and reinvigorate employee engagement to ensure a smooth adaptation to the new structure.
Experiences of HR Management in retails business , MNC company is preferable
