VP HR (Real Estate)

An exciting VP HR (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available one of rapidly growth property development industry based in Thailand, reporting directly to CEO this is a role for a HR who is a leader in their field.

About the VP HR Role:

In this role, you will be lead of HR department to drive new strategy align with business objectives.

The salary range for this role is THB150k - 200k per month + bonus + provident fund

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop HR strategy to support overall strategic aims and objectives of the company
• To plan HR Strategies; Manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, HRD, organisation development, training roadmap and development program, career path, succession planning, talent management including employee relations and all necessary fields under company policies
• Responsible for develop and plan existing or new HR systems and processes to support business direction and process
• Ensure that HR strategies comply with company by controlling and developing operation to achieve HR plan
• Ensure that all HR functions both management and operation are in compliance with current HR policies
• Ensure that all related HRs are compliance with labour laws and other related
• Monitor and develop HR team
• Other related jobs in the field of HR development as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

Key Requirements:

• Thai nationality
• Experience in real estate, property development or any related
• Minimum 10 year's experiences in managerial level
• Good knowledge of HRM and HRD
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation and team-oriented environment
• Proactive, strong leadership and hands-on working style with high competencies in analytically and conceptual thinking
• Knowledge of employment and labour laws & regulations
