A leading company in restaurant business is seeking HR Manager (x1 vacancy) to create new history in their organisation. Reporting directly to the President, this is a role for a HR Manager who is a leader in their field.
About the HR Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will perform full spectrum of human resources functions especially recruitment and HRM field.
The salary range for this role is THB70k - 100k per month + incentive + bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively design and deliver benefits solution and policies in line with the business strategies and ensure it is competitive and cost-effective benefits policies and practices
- Review and set up the HR policies and procedure in compliance with the internal and external guidelines
- In charge of creating strategy of recruitment for operational and decrease turn over
- Identify issue to remain people in organisation including people development part
- Manage the day-to-day various HR services (leave administration, benefits program administration and annual renewal, visa application, etc.
- Other ad-hoc projects
To succeed in this role, you must have strong skill in recruitment and HRM.
Key Requirements:
- Direct experience as a HR in management level in restaurant, hospitality or any related field
- Have strong background in recruitment for operation and HRM
- Strong people management and negotiation skills
- A good team player and able to meet challenges
