TH HR Head (Manufacturing)

About TH HR Head Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for managing HR in manufacturing sties and commercial team. You will enjoy competitive base salary with attractive bonus and provident fund for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with management and regional team to understand business direction to design short, mid and long term HR strategy
• Lead HRBP team in Thailand and work with COE in Thailand
• Oversee overview of HR activities and to ensure alignment with business requirement
• Drive and lead improvement in terms of cost efficiency or productivity or people development or staff's well being
• Manage stakeholder in management team and provide consultation in terms of union management, labour law, HR practice

To succeed in the TH HR Head role, you will need to have experience in leading HR in both manufacturing and commercial and union management.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 years’ direct experience as HR Generalist preferably from manufacturing background
• Strategic thinking, bold with ability to be flexible
• Result driven and down to earth attitude
• Strong HR professional skill set
• Comes with leadership and have experience supervising manager level
• Good communication and strong stakeholder management
• Thai nationality
