An regional HRBP - SEA (x1 vacancy) role has just become available in Thailand in one of the international engineering firm.

About the HRBP - SEA Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for being sole HR to work with business head in Thailand and regional HR team to support business in terms of HR. You will enjoy competitive base salary with fixed and variable bonus for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult and support business leaders on strategic HR matters, including organisational design, talent management, career development, etc.
• Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives (such as workforce design planning, performance review, employee engagement initiatives, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review)
• Consult with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop and deliver a HR strategy to meet the business needs
• Drive employee communications within own business segment
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
• Analyse trends and metrics (such as exit interviews questionnaires) to develop solutions and or retention strategies
• Drive HR improvement projects and initiative

To succeed in the HRBP - SEA, you must be able to handle multi task and have consistent communication to engage staff remotely.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ direct experience in HRBP or HR Generalist role
• Strong HR professional skill set with business acumen
• Able to be hands on, good problem solving, with good communication
• Capable to deal with complex topics and share ideas in international environment
• Strong command of English
• Thai Nationality
