Regional HR Manager

An exciting Regional HR (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most famous company in automotive field based in Thailand. Reporting directly to the Japanese Managing Director, this is a role for HR who expect regional role.

About the Regional HR Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for developing policies and managing procedures and able to handle end-to-end HR projects and operations including align global policy to apply with all group companies in Thailand and ASEAN in near future. You will also take the lead providing direction to all HR standard and provide the guideline as HR advisor to group companies. The benefit of this role includes provident fund + allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhances the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
• Handle work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations in ASEAN countries
• Promote and enhance the framework for group companies in ASEAN countries
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems for group companies
• Provide counselling on HR policies and procedures of group companies
• Actively involved in assisting performance management processes of group companies
• Develop training and development programs
• Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance

To succeed in this role, you must be proficient in English.

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years of Experiences as HR Manager thorough developing policies and managing procedures and able to handle end-to-end HR projects and operations
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced level of English ability
• Experience on HR databases & systems
