Admin Manager
A leading organisation in Bangkok is seeking an Administration Manager. This pivotal role offers you the chance to make a significant impact by managing office facilities, streamlining processes, nurturing vendor relationships, and guiding a dedicated administration team.
- Supervise daily office operations to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment that supports all staff members.
- Manage facility maintenance including repairs, renovations, and seating arrangements to ensure optimal use of office space.
- Liaise effectively with building management, contractors, and external service providers to guarantee timely resolution of issues and smooth running of services.
- Oversee the performance of the administration team by providing guidance, support, and regular feedback to foster professional growth.
- Monitor administrative costs and expenses closely while managing departmental budgets to ensure financial responsibility.
- Approve administrative purchases in line with procurement policies to maintain cost control and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to organisational policies regarding administrative processes for consistent quality across all functions.
- Coordinate accounts payable and receivable processes within the department to maintain accurate financial records.
- Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency within the administration function through process optimisation.
- Support other departments by providing reliable administrative assistance as needed.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative roles with at least 2 years spent in supervisory or managerial positions where you have demonstrated responsible leadership.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels as well as external vendors.
- Strong organisational skills that enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of office management systems including facilities management protocols and vendor coordination practices.
- Experience in budgeting procedures and cost control measures that ensure responsible financial stewardship within your department.
- Ability to monitor departmental expenses accurately while overseeing accounts payable/receivable processes for reliable record-keeping.
- Familiarity with procurement policies so you can approve purchases confidently while adhering to company guidelines.
- Capacity for developing strategies that improve operational efficiency through process optimisation initiatives.
