Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS & Payroll Manager to join their team in Bangkok. What you'll do:
As an HRIS & Payroll Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the HRIS database ensuring its accuracy in compliance with internal control regulations. You will handle all types of HR reports for management and staff, ensuring they are correct and complete as per schedule. Your role will also involve optimising HRIS processes, integrating systems, performing diagnostic tests, identifying system improvements, recommending solutions, performing system upgrades, providing training and technical support. Additionally, you will manage employee welfare & benefits processing payments in alignment with company's policy. You will also oversee the payroll payment process ensuring its accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage, verify and develop HRIS database for accuracy to comply with internal control regulations
- Handle all kinds of HR reports for management and staff to ensure correctness and completeness as per schedule
- Optimise HRIS processes, integrate systems, perform diagnostic tests
- Identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions
- Perform system upgrades, provide training and technical support
- Manage welfare & benefits of employees and process payments in alignment with company's policy
- Manage and control payroll payment process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the position of HRIS & Payroll Manager brings a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources with a focus on payroll, benefits & HRIS. You possess excellent English skills (Toeic 650 up) which will enable effective communication within the organisation. Your basic knowledge of laws, policies and procedures governing health and life insurance administration will be crucial in managing employee benefits. Your ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently will ensure smooth operations within the department. Above all else, your 'Can do' attitude will be a valuable asset to the team.
