What you'll do:

- Provide expert guidance on compensation-related matters to HR business partners, managers, and senior leaders across the business.
- Lead compliance initiatives related to compensation, benefits, tax regulations, labour laws, and reporting obligations for the Ayutthaya location.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and recommending enhancements that foster efficiency, transparency, and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses for senior management on compensation costs, benefit utilisation, market positioning, and regulatory changes.
