What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Management Executive based in Bangkok, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that span payroll management, compensation & benefits administration, general affairs support, and cross-regional collaboration. Your day-to-day activities will involve close interaction with both local staff and regional colleagues as you help drive initiatives that keep the organisation’s reward structures competitive. - Oversee end-to-end payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate processing for all employees in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Administer compensation and benefits programmes by coordinating with both local and regional teams to maintain consistency and competitiveness.
- Support general affairs activities including office administration, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace wellbeing programmes.
- Work collaboratively with the regional Compensation & Benefits team to analyse market trends, conduct salary benchmarking exercises, and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Participate in the planning, rollout, and adoption of new HR systems designed to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure all HRM processes adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and best practice standards for data privacy and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll queries, benefits enrolment, policy interpretation, and other HR-related matters in a considerate manner.
- Assist in preparing reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, compensation analysis, and benefit utilisation for management review.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies that foster inclusivity, fairness, and transparency throughout the organisation.
