HEAD OF COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Bangkok A leading organisation in Bangkok is seeking a Head of Compensation and Benefits to oversee the full spectrum of compensation and benefits activities, This role offers you the opportunity to shape strategic rewards programmes, benchmark benefits against industry standards, and design solutions that truly support business needs.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee all compensation and benefits tasks within the organisation, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
  • Review existing benefits programmes regularly, benchmarking against market trends to design solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive job analysis, salary structure reviews, and salary surveys to develop competitive packages tailored for various employee groups.
  • Design and implement robust compensation frameworks using established methodologies such as Mercer or Hay, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the organisation.
  • Lead the annual salary review process, collaborating closely with HR partners and business leaders to ensure equitable outcomes for all employees.
  • Manage performance bonus schemes from planning through execution, aligning reward strategies with organisational objectives.
  • Supervise benefit operations including payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect processes end-to-end, fostering a culture of shared responsibility and mutual support.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members, nurturing their growth through training opportunities and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage diplomatically with complex stakeholders across multiple departments, facilitating consensus on key compensation decisions.


What you bring:

  • More than 10 experience in human resources with significant ownership of total rewards programmes within multinational environments.
  • Expertise utilising Mercer or Hay frameworks for compensation analysis and structure design.
  • Experience managing teams effectively by providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering collaborative relationships among HR professionals.
  • Ability to apply system-thinking principles to connect processes end-to-end across multiple functions within the organisation.
  • Mature communication style characterised by diplomacy, persuasiveness, empathy, and sensitivity when navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Highly analytical mindset with structured problem-solving abilities; adept at making data-driven decisions that balance business needs with employee wellbeing.
  • Good English communication skills enabling clear articulation of ideas across diverse audiences both internally and externally.
